Approval is mostly paperwork verification. We don’t require lengthy applications or in-person interviews to get started — just confirm you can legally import vehicles in your country and that you can commit to 10+ vehicles in your first year.

  • Company registration — valid business licence / commercial register from your country
  • Import licence or equivalent — auto import permit / customs broker arrangement
  • Annual commitment letter — 10+ vehicle minimum (can be aggregated across orders)

Common questions before applying.

01Can I get exclusive territory?
Not by default. Brand-specific exclusivity is offered after 12 months of consistent annual volume in a single country.
02What is the minimum annual volume?
10 vehicles per year, can be aggregated across multiple orders (e.g., quarterly batches of 3 cars works).
03Are payment terms negotiable?
Standard 30/70 for first 3 shipments. After 3 successful shipments and on-time payment we move you to dealer 20/50/30 terms.
04Do I need an office in China?
No — everything is handled remotely via our Shanghai team. We send original B/Ls by courier directly to your country.
05What about brand-protection clauses?
Authorized dealers sign a brand-protection clause prohibiting grey-market resale into territories of other authorized dealers.
06Can I attend the Auto China show with your team?
Yes — dealer-program members are hosted at Auto China (Beijing/Shanghai alternating, April) with discounted hotel and translator services.
