01How do I pay for a used car from China?
We accept T/T bank transfer (USD), USDT (TRC20), Wise, and L/C for orders > USD 80,000. 30% deposit secures inventory, 70% balance before shipment.
02How long does shipping take from China to Russia?
RoRo to Vladivostok 14-18 days. Container via Novorossiysk 22-28 days. We pre-book vessel before deposit.
03Are Chinese EVs compatible with my country’s charging?
BYD/Zeekr/XPeng/NIO/Li Auto offer Type 2 / GB/T / CCS variants. We confirm charging port + voltage with you before purchase. Software language UI Russian/English/Arabic available.
04What inspection do I get before payment?
50+ photos, walk-around video, OBD diagnostic scan, paint thickness check, accident history report. All sent to your WhatsApp before final balance.
05Can you ship to a port I name?

Depends on engine cc, age, EV battery capacity. Russian customs typically 15-30% + VAT 20%. Provide engine spec / year and we calculate.
09Minimum order quantity?
1 car. We do 1-car RoRo, 1-car 40HQ container, or 2-car 40HQ split for best per-vehicle cost.
10How old can the car be?
No upper age limit for export from China side. Buyer country age limit: Russia no limit on private import, Kenya 8 years, Tanzania 10 years, Ethiopia varies.
11Do you sell new Chinese cars as well as used?

12Can I visit your yard?
Yes, by appointment in Shanghai, Guangzhou or Tianjin. We provide local pickup from airport / hotel.

Export sales are VAT-exempt at FOB. We handle the 13% China export VAT refund process for you.
14Resale value of Chinese EVs in my market?
BYD/Zeekr hold value in Russia, UAE, Kazakhstan markets due to brand recognition. We provide secondary market data on request.
15Spare parts availability after import?
BYD, Geely, Chery have official service points in Russia/UAE/Egypt. For other brands we offer 1 year of parts sourcing support via WhatsApp.
16How is the FOB price calculated?
Vehicle cost + export documents + inspection + RoRo/container loading + insurance + handling = FOB Shanghai. Itemized in our quote.
17Battery warranty after export?
8 years / 160,000 km China factory warranty is generally transferable to destination market for BYD/Zeekr. We verify per VIN.
18RoRo vs container — which to choose?
RoRo: cheaper, vehicle drives onto vessel, USD 950-2,400. Container: weather-protected, can include spare parts, USD 2,100-3,900 single / USD 2,800-4,700 dual.
19Can you provide CIF DDP (door-to-door)?
For Russia, UAE, Kazakhstan via partner customs broker. For Africa typically CIF port only, buyer handles local clearance.
